We are a lathe chuck manufacturing unit based in Ludhiana. We have a total of 9 vendors associated with us. All 9 of them fall under the micro scale category and mostly will be exempt from the GST limit of Rs.20 Lakhs. 

What will be the procedure for sending material for job work and the receiving it post job work. 

What I have heard is that GST needs to be added on every step of value addition, but what if the job worker falls out of the GST limit?
