Dear All,
can you please let us know what will be the procedure to transfer the stock from one state to another state. presently we are transferring the goods against F form with excise and without sales tax.

Only info available so far: "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act, any amount of input tax credit reversed prior to the appointed day shall not be admissible as credit of input tax under this Act."
Will check and revert if more info is available.
